Alessia joined the Revay team in 2024 as an Associate Consultant. She holds a Bachelor of Building Engineering with a specialization option in Building Structures and Construction obtained with Distinction at Concordia University. She was awarded the Paul Fazio Building Engineering Scholarship as well as a mention on the Dean’s List for the 2020-2021 academic year. Alessia is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a Candidate to the Engineering Profession (CEP). She is fluent in both English and French.

During her undergraduate studies, Alessia was a member of the Institute for Co-operative Education (Co op Program) under which she completed internships with general contracting companies. In her roles as assistant to the superintendent and project manager for the construction of multi-storey residential buildings, Alessia gained experience in the project management sector such as communicating with subcontractors and professionals, coordinating plans across the various disciplines, obtaining estimates for awarding contracts and overseeing daily fast-paced construction activities on site. In addition to her involvement in the Co-op program, she was an ambassador for Women in Engineering (WIE) at Concordia University, where she volunteered at events aiming to promote science and engineering career paths to young women.

Since joining Revay, Alessia has been involved in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports. Her main tasks include forensic schedule and delay analysis, productivity and change analyses, as well as quantum evaluation. Alessia has worked on civil and building engineering projects including, among others, an operations facility, a power converter station and water treatment facilities.
