Alexandre Morin holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with a specialization in structures from Université Laval and has over twenty years’ experience on construction projects of all sizes. He a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec.

Over the years, Alexandre has developed experience in the design, development, planning, execution and control of a wide variety of projects, including infrastructure and public buildings, mining facilities, commercial buildings and multi-residential towers.

His ability to navigate large-scale projects and his experience on construction sites make him a valuable asset in understanding and resolving complex issues and managing risks. He has represented and defended the interests of various stakeholders in the public and private sectors, both as a representative of project owners and general and specialized contractors.

As a project manager, Alexandre specializes in construction claims management and dispute resolution. He is recognized for his results-oriented approach, strategic decision-making and ability to devise innovative, effective and fair solutions. He is fluent in French and English.

Since joining Revay, Alexandre has focused primarily on claims preparation and evaluation, productivity and delay analysis as well as damage quantification.
