Dina Alansary has over 19 years of experience working in the fields of construction disputes and project controls. She holds a Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Construction Engineering and a Master of Laws degree (LLM) in Construction Law and Arbitration. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). Dina has also completed the ADR Institute of Canada (ADRIC) and RICS Adjudicator training program.

Dina’s experience includes time, cost and change management of projects. Before joining Revay she managed construction projects totaling in excess of $1.6 billion. Her experience includes residential, commercial, industrial, and service projects. Her hands-on experience has provided her with the skills needed to interpret contracts, analyse schedules, identify potential disputes and develop mechanisms for addressing risks.

Dina brings her management, contractual and legal knowledge to the field of claims and construction dispute resolution. As a Senior Consultant at Revay, her main duties include adjudication, the evaluation and preparation of construction claims, expert reports, contract assessment and reviews, forensic schedule analysis, productivity analysis and quantum evaluation.

Dina also enjoys giving back to the community and is currently volunteering as an Executive Member of the CIArb Vancouver branch. She has presented a webinar on construction disputes with the Women’s Infrastructure Network and is also a co-author of International Construction Contract Law – 2nd edition by Lukas Klee.
