Eric Davies joined Revay in 2007 after earning a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from Concordia University that same year. As Director for Eastern Canada, Eric leads business development and client relations across the region while managing Revay’s Montreal office. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and is fluent in both spoken and written English and French.
Eric is a recognized expert in the preparation and defense of construction claims, supporting both owners and contractors. He has authored expert reports for mediations, dispute review boards, arbitration panels, and courts. As an expert witness in delay and productivity analysis, as well as the quantification of damages, Eric has provided testimony in litigation, arbitration, and before dispute review boards.
He has worked on a wide variety of projects including power plants, hospitals, tunnel constructions, port facilities, airport terminals and other institutional buildings in Canada, the U.S. and internationally.
In addition, Eric provides contract administration and management services as well as scheduling support for large construction projects in Canada and abroad. He has also gained significant experience in all aspects of wind energy projects, including the fine-tuning of contractual documents, contract administration, schedule review and claims avoidance.
A sought-after speaker, Eric is regularly invited to deliver training sessions and presentations on dispute resolution and claims avoidance, sharing his insights with industry professionals.
