Jonathan Prins joined the Revay team as an Associate Consultant in 2022. He obtained a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from Concordia University in 2018, where he was awarded a mention on the Dean’s List for the 2015-2016 and 2016-2017 academic years. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and is fluent in both English and French.
Jonathan is involved in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports for both contractors and owners on a wide variety of projects, developing his skills in applying various industry-recognized methodologies in forensic schedule and delay analyses, productivity analyses, as well as change order and quantum evaluation. Jonathan also assists owners with contract administration tasks for ongoing construction projects such as the contemporaneous evaluation of delays and change order impacts, the monitoring of progress and schedules, as well as the drafting of project correspondence.
Prior to his arrival at Revay, Jonathan gained valuable experience in the management of road transport in Quebec, having held responsibilities in planning and traffic control for road maintenance; as well as in the preparation of plans and specifications and the management of construction projects as a project manager in the field of building rehabilitation.
Since joining Revay, Jonathan has worked on various construction projects across Quebec and the rest of Canada, namely on the construction and rehabilitation of schools, electrical and transportation facilities and various types of building construction projects.
