Melanie Maclean joined Revay as a consultant in 2015 after completing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a specialization option in Construction Engineering and Management obtained with a Distinction mention from Concordia University. She is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and is fluent in both English and French.
During her undergraduate studies, Melanie was a member of the Institute for Co-operative Education (Co-op Program) under which she completed internships with a materials laboratory and with a large general contracting firm, gaining experience in the building and infrastructure sectors prior to joining the Revay team.
Melanie’s tasks include, among others, the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports, forensic schedule and delay analyses, productivity analyses, as well as change orders and quantum evaluation. In 2022, Melanie took on the role of Revay’s Business Development and Proposal Manager, in addition to her role as a consultant.
Since joining Revay, she has worked on a variety of projects including, among others, power generation facilities, notably in renewable energy, industrial processing facilities, sports and recreation facilities, transit infrastructure, municipal infrastructure, cultural facilities and educational institutions.
