Nicolas Pepin joined the Revay team as a Claims Analyst in April 2025 while pursuing a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a Minor in Management at McGill University. After earning his degree in May 2026, he became an Associate Consultant in June 2026. Nicolas is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec as a Candidate to the Engineering Profession (CEP). He is fluent in both English and French.

Prior to joining Revay, Nicolas gained experience in residential real estate development, where he coordinated subcontractor activities and client communications while also supporting construction teams. This experience allowed him to develop strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills in an environment where meeting deadlines and client needs was essential.

Since joining Revay, Nicolas has been involved in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports. His main tasks include filing, organizing and analyzing information and documents received from clients; detailed schedule and delay analysis; cost analysis; and labour and productivity analysis. He has worked on various projects in the public infrastructure, residential building, industrial and energy sectors.
