Robert Wirth is a civil engineer with a minor in structural engineering. He has a background in capital project management as it relates to the design and construction of commercial, institutional, civil, and industrial projects.

Robert has comprehensive experience in working for both owner organizations and construction firms. He places a strong emphasis on mitigating risks on projects by fulfilling his role in a proactive and transparent manner.

Robert’s thorough experiences in capital project management are founded on a broad and first-hand participation in the following: project and contract administration, claims and dispute resolution, general project and program management, risk management, safety performance, multi-discipline field coordination, workforce and workface planning, contracts and contract law, pre-construction services, constructability, procurement, estimating, scheduling, forecasting, cost control, quality assurance/control, site logistics, and testing start-up commissioning procedures.
