Robin Sehti is a professional engineer with more than 20 years of engineering, construction, project management, and project controls experience. Robin is also certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA), and a Chartered Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Robin has worked for owner and contractor organizations in Canada, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific regions with involvement in the heavy civil, industrial, petrochemical, commercial, and residential sectors. With expertise in contract administration, change management, claims management, and dispute resolution, Robin has been an integral part of delivery teams on numerous projects of varying sizes, including multibillion-dollar project portfolios.

Robin has extensive experience working throughout the project lifecycle. More specifically, he has developed project scopes, budgets, schedules, and execution plans for projects and portfolios ranging in size from $2 million to more than $200 million. This included developing and driving overall integrated project schedules and acting as the point of contact for all project execution phases including engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.

Through his claims consulting roles, Robin has been extensively involved in delay and quantum analysis for the development of large, complex claims and the preparation of expert reports for mediation, arbitration and litigation. Robin has advanced capabilities in both Primavera P6 and MS Project, refined through numerous years of project schedule development and management.
