Timothy Rossy is a licensed Professional Civil Engineer in Quebec and a certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) with over fifteen years of experience in the design, development, delivery, execution, and completion of major construction projects. He completed his Bachelor of Civil Engineering, with a minor in Construction Engineering and Management, at McGill University in 2008 and earned the PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) in 2017. He is fluent in English and French.

Timothy specializes in preparing and defending construction claims for both owners and contractors. He has extensive experience creating expert reports for negotiations, dispute review boards, and court proceedings. Timothy has worked on various projects, including power generation, commercial and residential building construction, transportation, and public infrastructure, both in Canada and internationally.

Timothy offers contract administration, management, and scheduling support for large construction projects, advising stakeholders throughout the project development and execution phases.

Before joining Revay, Timothy led the management of civil, electrical, and mechanical interfaces for the main civil works of a major hydroelectric facility.

Timothy has extensive experience in managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects across various locations. He has collaborated closely with client and contractor teams to oversee these projects’ technical and commercial aspects, including addressing time-sensitive construction claims. Additionally, Timothy has performed quality functions, conducted audits, carried out structural analyses, produced drawings and handled estimation, planning, and project proposals.
