Timothy Rossy is a Professional Civil Engineer licensed in the province of Quebec and a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) with over fifteen years of experience in major construction project design, development, delivery, execution and completion. He completed a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a minor in Construction Engineering and Management at McGill University in 2008. He obtained the PMP Certification from the PMI Institute in 2017 and is fluent in both English and French.

Timothy’s area of expertise lies in preparing and defending construction claims for both owners and contractors. He has extensive experience in preparing expert reports to be used in negotiations, dispute review boards, and courts. Timothy has experience working on power generation, commercial building construction, transportation, and public infrastructure projects in Canada and abroad.

Prior to joining Revay, Timothy was responsible for leading the civil, electrical, and mechanical interface management of a major hydroelectric facility’s main civil works in the energy sector.

Timothy has extensive experience managing complex multi-disciplinary projects in various locations. He has worked closely with client and contractor teams to oversee the technical and commercial aspects of these projects, including dealing with time-sensitive construction claims. Timothy has also conducted quality functions, audits, structural analyses, drawing production, estimation, planning, and project proposals.
