Timothy Rossy has over fifteen years of experience delivering and advising on major infrastructure and construction projects in Canada and internationally. His experience combines hands-on project delivery with specialized expertise in commercial management, contract administration, claims, expert reporting, and dispute resolution. He has also supported project controls functions on major infrastructure projects.
Timothy earned a Bachelor of Civil Engineering with a Minor in Construction Engineering and Management from McGill University in 2008. He is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec and obtained his PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2017. He is fluent in English and French.
Throughout his career, Timothy has contributed to the planning, design, procurement, construction, and commercial and contractual management of complex multidisciplinary projects across the power generation, transportation, building, and public infrastructure sectors. He has held progressively senior responsibilities in project management, engineering, estimating, planning and scheduling, contract administration, procurement, interface management, and construction delivery.
Before joining Revay, Timothy’s most recent assignment involved leading the management of civil, mechanical, and electrical interfaces for the main works of a major hydroelectric development. More broadly, his project delivery experience includes managing multidisciplinary design and construction activities, coordinating technical and commercial stakeholders, and supporting project teams throughout the full project lifecycle, from concept development through commissioning and dispute resolution
At Revay, Timothy specializes in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims on behalf of owners and contractors. He performs schedule delay and productivity analyses, quantifies damages and prepares expert reports in support of negotiations, dispute review boards, arbitration proceedings and litigation. He also provides commercial management, contract administration and scheduling advisory services for major construction and infrastructure projects.
Timothy advises owners, contractors and project stakeholders on project delivery, contract compliance, risk management, claims avoidance, dispute resolution and schedule-related matters. He also develops and delivers training sessions, presentations and industry seminars on project delivery, claims avoidance, dispute resolution and construction industry best practices, drawing on his experience in both project execution and dispute-related assignments.
