As a Principal with Revay, Yezdi Mistry’s areas of expertise include scheduling, complex delay analysis, loss of productivity analysis and quantum calculations for construction claims. In addition to having authored numerous claims and expert reports, Yezdi has participated in several mediation proceedings. He also provided support to legal counsel as well as expert testimony for arbitration.
Yezdi has developed his expertise in project management and consulting to the construction industry since 1980, working for contractors, owners and consultants.
His construction experience progressed from project engineer to project manager, and finally to senior executive in corporate planning. His background also includes managing and administering major capital projects, preparing engineering studies, conducting risk analyses, and developing contractual procedures and controls.
Yezdi’s project experience covers commercial and institutional buildings, industrial and petroleum facilities, bridges, port facilities, hydroelectric projects and mines, in Canada, Dubai and India.
