Sharing over 50 years of industry experience with the construction community.
Insights
Revay seeks to give back to our clients and the construction community by providing thought leadership in construction claims and dispute resolution, among other construction-related topics. Many of our consultants frequently share their expertise and knowledge through conferences, seminars/webinars for associations and at numerous post-secondary institutions across Canada, as well as our hallmark publication, The Revay Report.
Continuously Contributing to the Construction Community
Revay’s active memberships include the majority of the construction, engineering and architecture associations within Canada, as well as memberships in law societies and numerous alternative dispute resolution, project management and engineering associations across North America. Notably, our consultants are members of the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineers International (AACE International).
Using What We’ve Learned to Develop Best Practices
In order to participate in the construction community in a meaningful way, we’re active on numerous association boards and executive committees where our consultants have assisted in the development of standard guidelines and best practices. This includes the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), where Revay helped develop standard practices for the measurement of the loss of productivity, and AACE International, where we assisted in the development of their recommended practice entitled ‘Estimating Lost Labor Productivity in Construction Claims’.
Our clients and the construction community as a whole, often refer back to our historical Revay Reports. As such, they are always available for download, dating back to the first publication in 1981.
Check back often for Revay’s latest news postings, bulletins, Revay Reports and upcoming seminars.
