Three-Day Avoiding Construction Disputes Course Instructed by Revay

Starting on September 26, 2022, Suzanne Checkryn, Revay’s Director – Prairies, will once again be instructing a three-day continuing education course through the University of Calgary titled ‘Avoiding Construction Disputes’. The course provides an overview of project delivery methods, discusses contract awareness and the importance of project documentation, and introduces the development of claims and analysis methods to present delay and productivity claims, among other topics.
