Andrew Podolny has over 15 years of construction experience in a variety of construction sectors including oil-and-gas, heavy civil, industrial, commercial and institutional on projects both in Canada and overseas.

His expertise in construction project management encompasses planning and scheduling, schedule and productivity monitoring, project control, cost control, engineering procurement construction, tendering and contracts, delay and productivity analysis, working on behalf of general contractors, trade contractors and owners.

Andrew is proficient in the use of various computer software, including Primavera(P3 and P6), Microsoft Project, TILOS Linear Scheduling and Deltek Acumen Fuse and Risk. He is also experienced in the development and implementation of planning and scheduling processes and procedures to improve project management.
