Joane St-Onge is a senior executive with more than 30 years of experience in the delivery, governance and oversight of infrastructure projects. Her career in senior management with engineering consulting and construction firms has given her an in-depth understanding of the technical, contractual, financial, organizational and human factors that influence project performance.

A bilingual civil engineer, she has led large multidisciplinary teams, overseen operations in sensitive environments, contributed to the implementation of risk management mechanisms, monitored performance and participated in the management of complex contractual situations or including matters that could develop into disputes. This experience enables her to assist clients in conducting factual analyses of issues, structuring information, understanding the impacts of changes, delays, costs and delivery methods, and identifying pragmatic solutions.
