Pejvak Bayati joined the Revay team as a Claims Analyst in April 2025 while pursuing a master’s degree in Construction Engineering and Management at Concordia University. He also holds Master of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Civil Engineering. Upon completing his degree at Concordia in May 2026, he transitioned to the role of Associate Consultant. Pejvak obtained his Project Management Professional (PMP) and Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) certifications from the Project Management Institute in 2016 and 2018, respectively.

Prior to joining Revay, Pejvak gained experience in construction project management and project controls. His responsibilities included planning, organizing and monitoring construction activities; preparing and maintaining schedules and budgets; allocating resources; and managing risks, construction teams and subcontractors. His experience also includes progress monitoring, delay analysis, the preparation of recovery schedules and earned value analysis.

Pejvak also participated in project evaluations conducted in accordance with the IPMA Project Excellence Baseline, including preparing documentation and representing the projects during audit meetings. Projects to which he contributed received two Silver Awards through this process, in 2018 and 2024. He also taught courses on the analysis and design of concrete and steel structures to undergraduate civil engineering students.

Since joining Revay, Pejvak has been involved in the preparation and evaluation of construction claims and expert reports. His main responsibilities include classifying, organizing and analyzing client information and documents; preparing project schedules and progress reports; performing forensic schedule and delay analyses; analyzing labour and productivity; and quantum evaluation.
