New Revay Report – Beyond “Received”: A Smarter Owner Approach to Schedules

We are pleased to announce the publication of our newest Revay Report. This issue’s article, by Dina Alansary, Senior Consultant at Revay, examines the owner’s role in the review of the contractor’s schedule, particularly in the context of CCDC 2 contracts where that role is not explicitly defined in the General Conditions. The article explores how a more active and collaborative approach to schedule review can help align the parties on scope, responsibilities, and timing, while reducing the risk of delays, disputes, and costly claims as the project unfolds.
