Revay Report – Whose Design Is It Anyway?

We are pleased to announce the publication of our newest Revay Report. This issue, authored by Timothy Rossy, Senior Consultant at Revay, explores the roles and responsibilities of the Owner’s Engineer on Design-Build projects, particularly during the design development and review process. This article outlines several considerations to clarify the design review process and help prevent potential disputes, delays, or cost overruns stemming from ambiguity in the definition of design responsibilities between the Owner’s Engineer and the Design-Builder.
